Board Meeting Minutes

~Spring Ice Show Meeting~

December 27, 2009

Members Present: Sarah Yager, Kathy Klemetsrud, Sandy Hunter, Alicia Ehnert, Kris Thompson, Wendy Palmer, Susan Estenson

Absent: Mark Estenson

Guests: Sara Thompson

Meeting called to order at 4:45 p.m.

Coaches Report: N/A

Treasurer’s Report: N/A.

Old Business:

• Discussion was held regarding solos in the ice show. It was again agreed upon that the board will allow Juvenile MIF and higher level skaters a solo in the ice show.
• Further discussion held regarding trios, duets, etc in the ice show. Previous ice show groups were reviewed.

New Business:

• Ice show groups and songs were chosen by the Board. Susan will get together with Jim to discuss music.
• Sara Thompson was invited to sit in on a board meeting and asked to join the board to finish Sue Armstrong’s term, which she accepted. Motion by Wendy to add Sara Thompson to the LRSC Board; seconded by Kathy. Motion carried. Welcome Sara!
