Board Meeting Minutes

August 1, 2009

Members Present: Sarah Yager, Alicia Ehnert, Jody Goodell-Lange, Kathy Klemetsrud, Mark Estenson, Kris Thompson, Wendy Palmer

Absent: Sue Armstrong, Sandy Hunter

Mark called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.

Secretary’s Report: N/A

Coaches Report: N/A

Treasurer’s Report: N/A

Old Business:

- LRSC fees were discussed. Several fees were raised. Kathy made a motion to approve the new fee schedule; Jody seconded. Motion carried.

- Possible fundraisers were discussed. We currently have steak fry’s scheduled at Proz for August 22^nd and Spetember 19^th.

- Registration is scheduled for September 14^th & 15^th at the Burdick Arena.

New Business:

- Jody received information about the East Grand Forks competition which will be held January 22^nd – 24^th, 2010.

- The Board discussed Spring Ice Show dates. The ice show is tentatively scheduled for March 27^th, 28^th * 29^th, 2010.

Next Meeting: August 31, 2009, 6:00 pm at the KC Hall.
